LiveStache strives to provide users with the virtual experience of having a real mustache.  Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.  LiveStache takes your privacy seriously.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how LiveStache treats personal information that LiveStache encounters from users. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. 

Information Collection and Use

• LiveStache does not save or collect personal information in any way.  When you use LiveStache to share your mustached photos with your friends, those contacts are not saved in the app or transmitted to any third-party whatsoever.  Likewise, these photos are only transmitted to the contacts you select and through the methods (email, Facebook, etc) that you select, and are not sent to or stored in a LiveStache server.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• LiveStache does not share personal information about you with other people except under the following circumstances: 
  o We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  o We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of LiveStache's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. 

Cookies

• In the event that you use LiveStache to post photos on Facebook, LiveStache may set and access Facebook cookies on your iPhone.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

• Your use of LiveStache, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law.
• We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy's new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, or through notice on our home page.
